1.
  You want a web site.
2.
  We find out your requirements.
3.
  We send you information and a purchase order, by e-mail or fax.
4.
  You check and complete the order, then return it with deposit by fax or post.
5.
  Payment is cleared by accounts.
6.
  On cleared funds the web site or domain name registration is passed to register and build.
7.
  We will set up your hosting account and register the requested domain name.
 
If the requested domain name has been taken in the meantime, we will contact you with an alternative. (Does not apply when making a transfer, note that transfers can be delayed by the present hosting company)
8.
  We send you the details to collect your e-mail for your new domain.
 
Enter theses into your e-mail program (i.e. Microsoft Outlook Express). Refer to our online help page on how to configure your e-mail program at http://www.matcom.co.uk/faq/OutlookExpress/index.html where you can read or download instructions.
If you would rather have all your e-mail sent to your Hotmail or Freeserve type account, we can forward all e-mail coming into "anyname"@yourdomainname.co.uk to yourname@hotmail.com

9.
  A holding page for your new domain goes live.
10.
  The domain name is flushed through the internet. Normally 24-72 hrs.

  You can see the holding page online and collect e-mails.

You send us content for your site preferably by e-mail.

On receipt of the information for the site, your order is added to our prioritised build schedule (Currently at 4-6 weeks ).

14.
  Site is built and placed in a test area and you are notified by e-mail.
15.
  You review the test site.
16.
  Following your review you send us any required changes.
17.
  We amend and return to test and notify you by e-mail.
18.
  When you are happy with the site, send us an e-mail requesting go live.
19.
  You settle any outstanding balance.
20.
  On receipt of cleared balance your site goes LIVE and we notify you by e-mail.
21.
  You confirm you are happy with your site and that you have completed the live check.
22.
  If you are happy with your site and the way it was built, tell as many people as you can. If not tell us and we will rectify the problem.
23.
  You will hear from us shortly before the renewal date.
